How to get to Kiel

 

By train: From the south via Hamburg.

By air: The closest airport is Hamburg. There are two possibilities to get from the airport to Kiel. The airport coach Kielius (one way 21 Euro, return ticket 37 Euro) leaves in front of the terminal building. Its final destination is the main train station in Kiel. Tickets can be bought from the bus driver or online.

 

Kielius English version

The slightly faster alternative is the minibus Kielexx with taxi connection (one way 33,40 Euro). A nonbinding reservation is required at least one hour in advance (phone +49 431 77080). However, the minibus also takes passengers without reservation if seats are available. It leaves at the same place as the Kielius bus.

How to get to the workshop:

 

Buses to the campus: 60S, 61, 62, 81, 91 leaving at the main station (in front of the station)

 

Get off at bus stop: Universität/Westring

 

 

Anfahrt mit dem Auto:

Aus Richtung Hamburg:
  • A7 Abfahrt Bordesholm Richtung Kiel auf die A215
  • Abfahrt Kiel-Mitte auf die B76 Richtung Eckernförde
    bis Abfahrt Universität/Wissenschaftspark/Nordfriedhof/Holsteinstadion
  • Rechts auf den Westring und bis zum Christian-Albrechts-Platz folgen
Aus Richtung Rendsburg:
  • Über die A210 auf die A215
  • Abfahrt Kiel-Mitte auf die B76 Richtung Eckernförde
    bis Abfahrt Universität/Wissenschaftspark/Nordfriedhof/Holsteinstadion
  • Rechts auf den Westring und bis zum Christian-Albrechts-Platz folgen
Parken: Entlang des Westrings und der Olshausenstraße sind öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Für Mitglieder und Gäste der Universität stehen darüber hinaus Parkplätze in der Straße »Am Studentenhaus« zur Verfügung.
